Our History

Allen and Linda obtained their real estate license in 1981. After working for two other real estate firms in the Richmond area, Allen and Linda Crostic decided to open their own firm in l993.  It did not take long for Allen Crostic Realty, Inc. to take flight, however, because Allen and Linda's philosophy of business remained the same--the referrals are the best indicator of a successful business, and that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance.

Since l993, Allen Crostic Realty has become a company name that people can trust. The founders believe in the importance of their agents being lifelong learners, which is why they consistently encourage their agents to stay on top of market trends by attending real estate seminars and training sessions.
